Abandoned support for older MacOS

This version will not run on any MacOS prior to 10.8.
The prior version that will run on SnowLeopard (1.10.6) is available on several sites, but Amazon has now blocked this version from connecting to ones Amazon account to sync their books.
Exhorting us to update to a newer version of MacOS is pointless due to compatability with expensive software and the awful user interfaces of newer MacOS versions (we tried them out and soon returned to SnowLeopard).
